"Our company is family owned and operated". This statement can mean several things to different people. Let us tell you what that statement means to us.
Not only are we family owned and operated, the company name is our name. When we provide services for you, we are attaching our personal name to that service. We therefore put special attention to each job, our name is on it.
When we say family, we mean family. Our employees are part of that family. As we stated previously, we have the best mechanics available. Honest, hard working, always striving to give you the service you deserve. Each technician is either in training to reach his or her certification or is already licensed and is continuing their education. You cannot have over-trained mechanics.
Our company is "just the right size". Some service companies are one man shops. While this usually ensures cheaper prices, try to get in-touch with the one man shop for an emergency or a quick question. He is unattainable, working in the field, or out of town. Some service companies are too large. These companies have so much work they forget what got them there. It is impossible to get customer service from these large companies. Their quality drops as they hire anybody to help with the work load. Our company is growing, but at our pace; keeping track of who and where we came from. We are small enough to know your name, but large enough to handle any problem you have.
Licensed and insured. This should be a given. However, check with other Contractors, you would be surprised.
By the book. Everyday, I run into even licensed Contractors not pulling permits where required by local law. Not all jobs require that you do so. James A. Wheat & Sons, Inc. installs all materials and equipment to manufactures specifications and has it's work inspected when code requires.
