Mechanics must meet the above standards and more. Since our mechanics are in the homes of our customers daily, we hold them to an even higher standard.

• Background Checks
• Driving Record
• 4 years Experience
• Willing to continue education and training

Mechanics Assistants also must meet the above requirements less the experience. We look for motivation instead of experience in our assistants / apprentices. On the job training and night school will propel you into our mechanic category prepared for a successful HVAC trade.
