This testimonial sums up the kind of work we’re doing here:
“I wanted to write regarding Jon Serino. I am sure that you often receive complaints in your industry regarding service or professionals, but this letter should serve as the exact opposite: Our family is deeply impressed by Jon’s acumen, customer service diligence, and, moreover, his craftsmanship.
Jon undoubtedly sets the standard for Wheat in all aspects. As you are aware, our family did an entire re-pipe with Wheat seven years ago so we have a depth of experience with your company. We look forward to many more years of service and hope that Jon will continue to be our point of contact for our plumbing needs. My thanks to you, Mike, and Jeff for hiring these top-notch professionals.”

Does Epoxy Restoration Work to Seal Leaking Pipes?
Epoxy is highly effective at helping to restore your plumbing systems. When pipes leak and need to be repaired, epoxy can seal the leak and form an impenetrable barrier you can depend on.
How Can I Prevent Frozen Pipes?
Frozen pipes are a common problem, and they are easily preventable. Simply running sink faucets at a slight flow and ensuring the thermostat is functioning properly is often enough to prevent pipes from freezing up.
How Do I Unclog the Toilet?
The easiest way to unclog the toilet is by using a toilet plunger. If this fails, you can fill the toilet with soap or laundry detergent, and then add boiling water. Allow this to sit for a few minutes, then flush the toilet.
Why Should I Hire a Licensed Plumber?
Licensed plumbers have demonstrated competence and mastery of plumbing systems. This means that they know both the theoretical application of plumbing principles and possess the technical skills to do the job in accordance with all applicable plumbing codes.
High Water Pressure Is Causing the Toilet to Run. What Do I Do?
High pressure can cause a toilet to run constantly. The easiest way to stop the problem is to install a pressure reducing valve. Further, if the water pressure to the household is greater than 60 lbs., you may want to install a water pressure regulator.
Why Is There Rust in the Water?
Rust in the water can come from the municipal water supply. However, if that’s not the source, you may have galvanized pipes that have rusted. Unfortunately, the only way to remove the rust in galvanized pipes is to replace them. Alternatively, you can mitigate the problem by putting a filter on your water system.

Dear Mr. Wheat:
We would like to take a moment to thank you sincerely for helping us with our water leak problem. We had no idea of the magnitude or scope of such an undertaking. All of your servicemen were excellent and highly professional. They were courteous, considerate, and informative every step of the way. (We remember some of the names—Steve, Jon, Kevin—but don’t want to leave out anyone.) You can be assured that we will always recommend your company to anyone having a water service or plumbing problems.
Again, thank you for all of your help with this overwhelming and horrific problem.
Lloyd & Carole W.
This is a much belated thank you. The job that your servicemen did installing the fireplace units in our house was extraordinary. Our house is nearing a hundred years old and the interior fireplaces are huge solid brick columns extending to the foundation. Getting gas pipes up from the basement through four feet of brick and coming out at exactly the right place—that was an amazing feat. When your men left at night it looked like they had never been there, and they were courteous and good-humored throughout. The fireplace units look and work great.
If any of your customers are contemplating a similar installation, please don’t hesitate to give them our name and telephone number. Thanks again for a job very well done.
