Gas Fireplace Services

Agreement Types:

ECG1 – Eagle Club Only includes access to 15 percent off all service repairs, priority scheduling, and after-hours emergency service access.

ECG2 – 1x Safety Inspection includes Eagle Club Only options in addition to one annual inspection of a gas log set. The inspection is to include a safety and operational inspection of the equipment that includes:  carbon monoxide, gas pressure, gas valve operation, pilot operation, remote operation and more. This inspection also includes a rebuild/refurbish that includes new sand, embers, glowing embers, touch up paint and cleaning of the gas logs, pilot assembly, and burner assembly.

ECA3 – 1x Safety Inspection includes Eagle Club Only options in addition to one annual inspection of a gas fireplace or gas insert. The inspection is to include a safety and operational inspection of the equipment that includes: carbon monoxide, gas pressure, gas valve operation, pilot operation, remote operation and more. This inspection also includes a rebuild/refurbish that includes new sand, embers, glowing embers, touch up paint and cleaning of the gas logs, pilot assembly, burner assembly, blower motor and control panel. Includes cleaning of glass with specialized cleaner.

HVAC Services & Plumbing Services

Agreement Types:

ECA1 – Eagle Club Only includes access to 15 percent off all service repairs, priority scheduling, and after-hours emergency service access.

ECA2 – 1x Safety Inspection includes Eagle Club Only options in addition to one annual inspection of the above indicated equipment. The inspection is to include a safety inspection of the equipment. Testing will include when applicable: carbon monoxide, heat exchangers, gas piping, flue draft, motor amps, capacitor ohms, and more.

ECA3 – 2x Safety and Efficiency Inspection includes Eagle Club Only and 1x Safety Inspection options in addition to efficiency testing of equipment. To properly check the efficiency of equipment, the system must be checked in weather conditions that allow for proper readings. Efficiency inspections take considerably more time and would then require a heating inspection in winter weather and cooling inspection in warmer weather. Cooling inspection may not occur between April and June, as the weather must be warmer than 65 degrees. Do not wait for an inspection to turn the system on for spring. Includes a discounted diagnostic rate should service repairs be needed at any time during the year.

ECA4 – 2x Safety, Efficiency, and Cleaning include all the above in addition to cleaning of the outdoor unit with chemical cleaner and cleaning of the indoor blower assembly. This service should be performed annually and greatly affects the efficiency and performance of the heating and cooling system. Includes further discounted diagnostic rate should repairs be needed at any time during the year.
